
Daily reservations require 1 night deposit of the reservation to confirm.
From September 25th - May 21st reservations require a 14 day cancellation notice for deposit refunds - Service charge fee is $25.00 to cover credit card fees.
From May 22nd - September 24th and all Holidays reservations require a 60 day cancellation notice for deposit refunds - Cancellation service fee is $50 to cover credit card fees.
Deposits will be forfeited on all cancellations less than 60 days in the Summer and 30 days in the Winter.
Check-in time is 3 pm.
Check-out time is 11 am.
Unit 5 & Unit 7 have full kitchens are equipped with kitchen utensils, pots & pans, dishes.
All of your towels, linens, cookware, and utensils are provided. Just bring your own food and toiletries!
Daily maid service is not provided.
All Cabins are non-smoking – there are areas outside for smoking.
$10.00 Extra Per Person Per Night Over Allowed Occupancy – must have prior approval.
Small pets: $10.00 per animal per night charge with a $50.00 deposit. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and party animals.
Guests are responsible for missing or destroyed bedding, towels & furniture.
